What Nyal Sleep Aid is used for:

Nyal Sleep Aid combines 2 premium herbal sedatives specifically formulated to provide temporary relief of insomnia. Nyal* Sleep Aid may also help relieve tension, anxiety and restlessness.

How much to use:

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet an hour before retiring with a glass of water.

Each Nyal Sleep Aid film coated tablet contains:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equivalent to dry root	2g
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract equivalent to dry leaf	500mg

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use Nyal Sleep Aid:

In children under 12 years of age.
Use only if blister seal is intact.
If you are pregnant or breast feeding.
If you will be driving or operating heavy machinery after taking Nyal Sleep Aid.
With medicines such as sedatives, sleeping pills or alcohol.
