How much to use:

Adults and children over 12 years: take one tablet three times a day.

Each Nyal Sinus Relief film coated tablet contains:

Armoracia rusticana (Horseradish) equivalent to dried root	1g
Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) equivalent to dried flower	500mg
Salix alba (White Willow) extract equivalent to dry stem bark	1.0g

No artificial flavours or preservatives.

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use Nyal Sinus Relief:

Not to be used in children under the age of 12.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are allergic to aspirin.
Use only if blister seal is intact.
