How much to use:

Adults and children over 12 years: take one tablet three times a day.

Each Nyal Cold & Flu Fighter film coated tablet contains:

Salix Alba (White Willow) extract equivalent to dry stem bark	1g
Sambucus Nigra (Elderberry) powder equivalent to fresh fruit juice	1.5g
Armoracia Rusticana (Horseradish) equivalent to dry root	1g

No artificial flavours or preservatives.
