What Nyal Sleep Aid is used for:

Nyal Sleep Aid combines 2 premium herbal sedatives specifically formulated to provide temporary relief of insomnia. Nyal* Sleep Aid may also help relieve tension, anxiety and restlessness.

How much to use:

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet an hour before retiring with a glass of water.

Each tablet contains:

  • Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equivalent to dry root
 2g
  • Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract equivalent to dry leaf
 500mg

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use Nyal Sleep Aid.

  • In children under 12 years of age.
  • Use only if blister seal is intact.
  • If you are pregnant or breast feeding.
  • If you will be driving or operating heavy machinery after taking Nyal Sleep Aid.
  • With medicines such as sedatives, sleeping pills or alcohol.
