How much to use:

Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet every three or four hours if required. Maximum four drinks (tablets) per day.

Directions:

Drop 1 effervescent tablet into a mug of hot water (not boiling). Sip while hot after the tablet has completely dissolved.

Each Nyal Cold & Flu Effervescent Tablets contains:

• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg.
• Echinacea purpurea juice equivalent fresh herb 1000mg.
• Zinc (as gluconate) 12mg.
• No aspartame, saccharin, salt, sugar, yeast and gluten.

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use Nyal Cold & Flu Effervescent Tablets:

• In children under the age of 12.
• In pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Use only if tamper evident seal is intact.

Warning:

• Contains Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
• Contains sorbitol and mannitol (total 2.8g maximum daily dose) which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
• Contains 274mg sodium per tablet (1.096g maximum daily dose).
• Contains Sulfites.
